Love this Nandos, polite helpful staff, brilliant service from a member of staff called Tina, she always is brilliant with my Daughter and exstremly helpful nothing is too much trouble 😀my favourite restaurant by far.

Very slow service! Not happy! Waited 20mins for a table, then a further 35mins for food to arrive, when there was, seated customers, who came in after us, and was given their food before us, won't be visiting this specific branch of Nandos again, I suggest that customers, go elsewhere for their Nandos.

Come here once every few weeks, food is always beautiful and less dry than I’ve found in other locations, service is also exemplary. Big thank you to Tina who always provides great service upon every visit :)

We got taken out. The food was great. Ordered online and it was ready when we walked in. The resteraunt was busy and lively.
The only issue I had was, the location was difficult to find using Google maps, as it's tucked in on the corner and the signage is under an alcove (could just be me being unobservant though!)

I went here today to try the new wrap and I was pleased with the service because the staff were friendly. At an extra cost, I added halloumi, mushrooms and cheese to the wrap and did not regret it.

We had the lovely Tina serve us at our friends birthday meal, she was very welcoming and made it a very positivly, memorable experience for all involved. Will certainly be returning with staff as respective as herself. Telford Nandos rules!

We have ordered Nando’s from the Telford depot 5 times over the last 4 weeks. On every delivery something has been missing and then when speaking to the Telford depot staff have been rude and hung up on me. Despicable service and after care !! Won’t be ordering ever again from here !!

Missed off a main course then calls me a liar, not only can the manager (not mentioning his name) not pack the correct items but you also need to some customer service training, absolutely fuming

Me and my partner went here for a late lunch (around 3 o'clock).. we got to choose our seats which was nice for a change, I picked a window seat to people watch, ordered online and the cups for our unlimited drinks came within a minute later.. food served about 10 minutes after that.. sizes of the sides seemed quite big and the chicken was cooked to perfection, everything was extremely tasty and served hot! The toilets were very clean also, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the lady who came to check if our food was lovely gave a great suggestion for pudding and explained it's quite filling so they'll give us a goody box to take the rest home. Overall fantastic experience and a beautifully cooled meal! Well worth the money, partner had butterfly chicken breast with the flavouring of sweet BBQ, I had sweet BBQ grilled chicken wrap 🤤 both had sides of peri peri chips and coleslaw with 2 unlimited drinks £37

I was blown away at first sight... The interior design was captivating, every bite from every meal was a delight, the customer service was amazing, friendly and warm, the atmosphere generally was warm despite the cold outside and it smelt really nice and calm. You could take really amazing pictures here.
When it came to the bill, i was more than happy to pay.

I highly recommend the butterfly burger, loaded fries (without piri salt) and halloumi! However, the boneless chicken thighs were slimey.
